Today was the first workout day of my 21 straight days of working out plan. A bit of cardio and a bit of weights.

35 minutes elliptical

10 minutes stairs

15 minutes lower body weights

I’m tired.

Not Good 

I have fallen off the bandwagon and gained at least 10lbs over the last month. I have a suspicion it’s more. I’ve been under this awful time crunch and have been using it as an excuse not to do anything. I’m going to try things to start things up again tomorrow. I was doing so well then I just dropped it and indulged. My goal for now is to work out 21 days in a row, according to that habit rumour. I’m thinking of also starting a written diary as an easier way to maintain some kind of recorded thought process.

Blah 

I am currently ridiculously discouraged about this entire weight loss thing.  I don’t want to even leave the house because there are so many lovely, fit people out there and I can’t seem to stop comparing. And there isn’t time. Well, it -seems- to me that there just isn’t enough time for me to do the things I need to do. I’m a little overwhelmed with everything I need to do right now and I’m losing motivation so fast.
